DO 200 SQUATS EVERYDAY | LIFE CHANGING RESULTS
It’s been over a month since we launched the 100 squats a day challenge, and if you’ve been consistent, you’ve already built stronger legs, a more powerful core, and greater endurance. But now, it’s time to level up. We’re doubling down—200 squats a day.
Today, we’re taking the same routine from the original challenge and pushing it further. By increasing the reps, we’ll create progressive overload, break through plateaus, and unlock real muscle growth and strength. This is how transformation happens.
As always, we’ll break the workout into manageable sets to maintain perfect form and avoid burnout. If you’re new, start with the 100 squats challenge first. But if you’re ready to push your limits, clear some space, focus in, and let’s get to work.
