Las planchas activan los músculos del core con mayor eficacia que muchos otros ejercicios abdominales. Trabajan el recto abdominal (los músculos profundos responsables de ese deseado six-pack) y fortalecen el transverso abdominal (esencial para la estabilidad de la columna vertebral).
