Alright guys, today’s challenge is next level!

Two Thenx athletes — Nathan Bosesh and Cristian Tirotta — are stepping up to the plate. The mission: 50 pull-ups and 100 push-ups — all in under 5 minutes!

Now, Chris Heria took on this same challenge a year and a half ago and clocked in at 4 minutes and 48 seconds.

Today, it’s Nathan and Cristian’s turn!

Chris’s tip? Pace yourself. He broke his sets into 5–10 reps with short breaks to avoid burning out. But hey — it’s your strategy. Go with what works for you.
