Planks aktivieren deine Rumpfmuskulatur effektiver als viele andere Bauchmuskelübungen. Sie beanspruchen den geraden Bauchmuskel (die tiefen Muskeln, die für das begehrte Sixpack verantwortlich sind) und stärken den queren Bauchmuskel (wichtig für die Stabilität der Wirbelsäule).
