The lifetime prevalence of lower back pain in the United States is as high as 70%, and it is the #1 musculoskeletal concern worldwide with a lifetime prevalence of up to 85% according to the World Health Organization. Therefore, this week on Thenx, we're going to focus on strengthening our lower back. The goal is to reduce or eliminate lower back pain once and for all!

This routine is highly accessible as it only utilizes your own body weight and can be completed anywhere.
