How to One Arm Push Up
This week Chris Heria breaks down the foundational steps toward mastering a one arm push-up. It can be trained in the comfort of your very own home and does not require any external equipment. Therefore, if you're ever short on time or resources, you can instantly increase your overload by utilizing only one arm which will also increase the resistance. This progressive overload ensures that you will reach the threshold needed to hit hypertrophy which contributes to anabolic strength.
Mastering this move will also test your muscle symmetry by isolating arms and putting each to the test during each set. This focus on laterality will calibrate your strength to your ability to balance and facilitate alignment within your body.
