This workout is designed with 7 exercises, all aimed to get your heart rate up while incorporating your chest, shoulders, abs, and legs. Modelled with a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) type focus, you’re tasked with working for 45 seconds with 15 second rests in between. It is most beneficial for you to simply go at your own pace, ensuring each rep is done with the utmost perfect form as opposed to just banging them out of racing to get as much as possible done.
