100 Pushups! 100 Sit-ups! 100 Squats! EVERY DAY. You’ve probably heard someone jokingly tout that workout, but probably thought that’s definitely not possible for someone to do in one go...right? Well what if we say any one of them is possible. The latter is especially do-able, so why not try to do it wherever you are, right now! Follow along with Casi Davis as she shows you how to do 100 Squats A Day. Do these different squat variations for increasing strength AND muscle in your legs without the need of any equipment- allowing you to do this absolutely anywhere! 

As previously stated, this workout aims to allow you to do 100 squats, all in one day. While without a doubt anyone can do 100 strict bodyweight squats in one day eventually, the trick with this workout is splitting up the 100 into 5 different exercises. While still being squats, the variation allows for better all-around leg development, keeping a proper stimulus while also allowing it to be novel. Switching allows for different parts of the quadriceps and other leg muscles to be engaged in different combinations, preventing any counterproductive overworking and fatigue!
