10 Min HIIT/CARDIO Workout Ft. Brandon William
Today, we’re diving into a heart-pounding, sweat-dripping, calorie-incinerating 10-minute HIIT cardio workout with Chris and Brandon. They have done multiple strength challenges together, so join them as they cycle through ten exercises with forty-five seconds for each one with a fifteen second break in between.
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a cardio workout that alternates short intense bursts of exercise with quick recovery periods and can help with cardiovascular fitness, boosting your metabolism and improving your endurance and strength.
Whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete, you can follow along as the difficulty lies in the intensity. If you are feeling fatigued, slow down, but don’t stop and if you can, wait until the fifteen second rest interval. Warming up is crucial, and so is cooling down, so do not skip these steps as you cycle through the workout!
